We offer a template so you can easily provide us with the information required to print your card recipient’s addresses on the front of your envelopes. Note that we do not share your information and the template is not used again.

We regret that we will not be able to process your order if you change the format of any of the data fields.

Please follow the instructions. For your convenience, these instructions are repeated on a sheet in the Excel file. Above all, we do not question your data and what you key is what you get. Please enter exactly what you want on each line, and do not abbreviate unless you want your text to be abbreviated.

The charge for addressing the front of the envelope is $1.00 per envelope. We will also print your return address on the back flap of the envelope for an additional charge. (Please see our website for pricing.) Select any Lettering Style or Ink Color from our website. Be sure to indicate both Ink Color and Lettering Style on the Excel Spreadsheet template. Please allow an additional 2 business days for this service.

The deadline to order envelope recipient addressing on holiday cards is December 10.

Please note: Recipient addresses can only be printed in ink. Foil is not available.
